We leave tomorrow. I pack, trying not to forget anything. Do I have everything? The blue comb. The little-boat towel. The paints. The sketchbook. The camera.
Today I think my parents climbed into the clock to have a more balanced life. Everything is so hard if you can't stop time, even for a little while.
I like going into the kitchen because everything looks orange. As a kid I thought it was magic.
Even if the memories captured by the image sensor were forgotten, I know the ones my retina caught can't stay in the nightstand drawer.
